At Botting & Co we have assisted a large range of existing and new clients to fully utilise all that the cloud has to offer their businesses. Through moving clients on to Cloud software, such as QuickBooks, we are providing businesses the opportunity to better manage their finances and run their business.

The QuickBooks mobile app allows you to run your business from anywhere by sending invoices and estimates on the spot, while also allowing the capture of customer signatures and snapping photos of expense receipts so you never have to worry about losing them. Using tools such as QuickBooks we are able to look at how your businesses is performing on a regular basis and offer services such as quarterly management accounts and VAT.

Since the start of the Covid 19 pandemic we have fully utilised all the benefits of online working by offering online meetings to clients who were unable to see us face to face. Going forward we will be available to meet with clients in whichever way suits them, online and face to face.

We operate an online portal system through Iris OpenSpace, available to securely exchange documents with clients and to request client online approvals. This allows us to send documents without the risk of email or the delay of post. For clients who prefer we do still use the post.
